uOttawa Chemical Inventory

Chemical inventory! You can find all chemicals currently in the deparmtent here. You must be connected to campus wifi to be able to search the database.

uOttawa Science Store

Science story inventory, internal purchases, work order requests! Can only be accessed while connected to campus internet.

Faculty Conference Grant

You can get up to 500$ from the Faculty of Science towards conference travel. Remember that you MUST apply before your intented travel.

GSAED Academic Fund

GSAED provides a travel grant of up to $100 per day (up to 4 days) for travel related expenses (primarily used for conferences).

CUPE Conference Grant

Up to 800$ for NON-THESIS related academic travel. This could be used to attend teaching conferences, professional development, etc.

Faculty Research Grant

You can get up to $550 from the Faculty of Science to use towards research travel. This could be used to work on a collaborative project, field studies, etc.

PhD International Research

Domestic PhD students in their 2-4th year of study can apply for this student mobility bursary to support a research stay of 3 months or more at a foreign institution.
